You Must Be 18 or Older

Batjee is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account or placing bets on Batjee while under 18 is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one Batjee account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.

Withdrawals Require Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, Batjee requires identity verification. This is a standard process to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements. It typically takes less than 24 hours.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers on Batjee come with wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are displayed at the time each offer is claimed.

Fraud Will Result in Closure

Any attempt to defraud Batjee — including chargebacks, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting tools — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use Batjee, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Batjee employee.

Batjee reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of Batjee services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Batjee account. If Batjee identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses will be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Batjee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Batjee support immediately.

Verification: Batjee may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of your payment method.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Batjee supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT and there are no currency conversion fees applied by Batjee.

Deposits are credited to your Batjee account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Batjee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Batjee as quickly as possible. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes of approval. However, Batjee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the account.
  • Batjee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
  • Batjee reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals.
Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
05 Bonuses and Promotions

Batjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

All bonuses on Batjee are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
  • Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all gameplay.
  • Batjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
  • Batjee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
  • Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated.
06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Batjee — including Fortune Ox, Crazy 777, Plinko, Fierce Fishing, Jackpot Bingo, W Live, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Batjee uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — Batjee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Batjee will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact Batjee support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Batjee will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All game results are logged and can be reviewed.
07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batjee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Attempting to launder money or use Batjee for any illegal financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Sharing account credentials with or allowing access to your account by any third party.
  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players on the platform.
Zero Tolerance: Batjee operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and abuse. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited and Batjee reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.
08 Responsible Gaming

Batjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Batjee platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Batjee platform without prior written permission from Batjee.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Batjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Batjee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Batjee will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot be held responsible for downtime caused by factors outside its control, including third-party service failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Batjee's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

Batjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Batjee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Batjee uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. 12 Amendments to Terms
